RENTAL POLICY
Damage Waiver
An equipment damage waiver (5% of total rental) covers accidental damage to Fun Services equipment. (ordinary wear and tear is expected.) Damage due to negligence will be paid by renter.
Deposit
Rental fees may be paid for with cash, check or major credit card. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. The deposit is non refundable.
Rental Agreement
We will issue a customer agreement at the time of reservation. An authorized adult is required to acknowledge all terms and sign before pick up or delivery of any equipment.
Payment Policy
Remaining balances are due upon customer pick up. Non profit organizations (ie, schools, churches, service clubs) may apply for terms. Balance is due 10 days after the event.
Cancellations due to inclement weather
Due to the limited number of summer days of operation, we must protect against last minute cancellations due to weather. If rescheduling is not an option by either party, we will waive the balance due (after deposit) if you call no later than 24 hours before your pick up.
NOTE: All inflatable rides should not be used outdoors if temperatures fall below 40 degrees, if winds exceed 20 mph or if it is raining.
Proof of Insurance
We carry $2,000,000 Liability Insurance on all equipment. You are liable and responsible for following the rules and guidelines we provide and the safe operation. Unless you are a school or other government entity, we require proof of liability insurance with any interactive amusement device (such as inflatables, dunk tank) due to the unanticipated risks to your guests that might result in injuries. If you carry no insurance we require you to sign a waiver and suggest you ask your guests to sign a waiver as well, holding you and us harmless.
Public Property Events - Customer Responsibility
If you are using a park or other public property be sure to check on their insurance requirements, access to electricity and permits (if needed).
Underground Utilities
If you are renting inflatables or tents you will receive very long stakes (36” – 48”) to anchor the equipment if set onto a grass surface. It is your responsibility to mark or call MISS DIG for the location of underground utilities, sprinklers, septic tanks, etc.
