We are in the home stretch for end of the year carnivals, it’s the middle of the season for Graduation open house rentals, and it’s the beginning of Company Picnic season. After 2 years of non regular business, it’s amazing to see our warehouse so full of activity! It’s extra nice that business allowed us to host a crew training for our new teenage help so they could learn what they will be doing before they are out on an event.
Weather has been strange, if you ask me. Rainy, Sunny, Windy, sometimes all in the same hour. That being said, don’t forget our inflatables are not intended for wet use. This also includes leaving them up overnight, as dew occurs as the temperature rises and falls. We don’t say this to be mean, but to keep our equipment in awesome condition, and moisture=mold and moldly inflatables would not be fun for anyone!
If you’ve already rented your tent, tables, and chairs, and the big party date is approaching, I’d recommend adding a chill table to your order. I often explain the chill table as a cooler on legs without a lid, that can hold a TON of beverages, cold dishes, or whatever you want to stay cold during your party. It has a drain in the middle, so simple place a bucket under the table, and you’ll never have watery ice, just wonderfully chilled beverages and food. We recently used one at my son’s open house and it was awesome, the water was ice cold within an hour! The other great feature is when you go to grab your drink, while holding your plate, you don’t have to bend over, open the cooler and try not to drop your yummy food. We are busy enough that if you call today and ask for an inflatable between now and the fourth of July, odds are good you will hear the words: sorry, we are all sold out. This means that if you are reading this in 2022 and will have a party in 2023 remember to plan ahead! We have one weekend in June that every table, chair and tent was rented since late April! Which is great for us, not great for anyone needing anything at the last minute.
